Ensuring Successful Outcomes

  • Prompt, Accurate Triage Process

New cases referrals are reviewed immediately upon receipt and quickly allocated to the most appropriate clinician following through our initial Triage process.

  • Effective Treatment Co-ordination

All cases are managed by a dedicated Service Lead who will ensure that assessment/treatment progresses in a timely and effective manner.

  • Nationwide Clinician Network

Our Nationwide network contains in excess of two thousand expert Clinicians, from a wide variety of disciplines, allowing us to offer assessment and treatment at a convenient location and time.

  • High Quality Clinical Reports

Each referral is Case Managed by our highly experienced Clinical Leads. Each report will be approved prior to its release, ensuring the continued quality of our assessment and treatment options.

  • Clinical Outcome Measurement

As standard practice outcomes will be monitored on a case by case basis to demonstrate the effectiveness of treatment. Specific Outcome Measurement can be provided to accommodate our partner organisations’ specific requirements.

  • Clinician Performance

All Clinicians will receive Case Management on a regular basis to ensure that our high standards of Clinical Governance are maintained. This regular contact allows our Clinical Lead to monitor performance on an individual basis as well as reviewing outcome measurement and maintaining an overview of risk and safeguarding issues.

  • Client Feedback

Once a referral is complete, client feedback will be obtained via questionnaire to enable confidential performance monitoring of Clinicians to feed into quality improvement of the service as a whole.

  • Customer Feedback

Customer Feedback is requested on a regular basis ensuring we meet all expectations and allowing us to continually develop the service.

  • Data Security

Security of personal data is considered paramount and all information is held securely and in full compliance with all obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 as amended in 2018, and with other relevant legislation pertaining to the safe handling, use, storage, retention and disposal of personal data.

Mind Professionals have operational policies, procedures and systems in place to achieve data security including being certified against the Cyber Essentials scheme and registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). All Clinicians are individually registered with the ICO and work to ICO guidance.
